Challenge
A multinational client operating across several African markets had approximately 80% of its travel spend concentrated on regional and domestic trips. Travel bookings were largely managed offline due to fragmented supplier ecosystems, limited digital adoption and inconsistent infrastructure across countries.
This resulted in inefficiencies, reduced visibility over traveler movements, difficulty enforcing travel policies and limited ability to ensure traveler safety and cost control.
